Cats and dogs allowed

Pet deposit: $300/home; one-time refundable

Monthly pet fee: $35/home

Breed restrictions apply; inquire for details

Exotic species (hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, reptiles) not permitted without written permission from the community manager

Fish allowed (maximum tank size: 50 gallons)
